LPG Reducer
• R67-01 & CSA homologated • Compact design: Ø125*95mm
• Solid design: tested with 60 bar burst pressure • Black anodised aluminium • Membranes & Vulcanised Seat & O-rings: tested in several conditions under temperatures from -30ºC till +120º C (other specs optional)
• Over pressure is vented via 6mm hose to inlet manifold • Adjustable pressure: 1,7 –2,6 Bar • System pressure control with single stage valve.
• System pressure is independent to inlet pressure (MAP). (This is due to linear flow character of injector). • Optional MAP connection. (for turbo charged engines). • Very Stable dynamic pressure behaviour compared to other single stage reducers. • Flexible lock off valve both standard as BFC as well. • Integrated temperature sensor. (NTC resistor, R=2500 ohm at 20°C).
Keihin Injectors
Injects LPG/CNG into the inlet manifold for each cylinder. Developed by Keihin Corp, Japan, one of the world’s leading injector manufacturers, in cooperation with Prins. Injectors are of OEM quality and reliability.
Injector rail
• R67-01 & R110 homologated. • PA6 Glassfiber “re in forced” nylon. • Only right version available. If required fitter has to transfer right version into left version.
• High profile look. • Light weight and compact. • Uncomplicated fitting. • Assembled and leak tested at factory prior to dispatch. • 2, 3, 4 or 5 cylinder assemblies.
Injectors
• OEM quality injector. • Lifespan at least 290.000.000 cycles or 240.000 km -> 2 year unlimited warranty! • Excellent linear flow range (linear 2% accuracy form min to max flow). Linear flow starting from 2,5 msec. • Low-resistance 1,25 Ω. • 5 injector sizes for engine capacities from 9 kW till 45 kW each cylinder. (e.g. 3 cyl with 27 kW to 10 cyl. 450 kW).ECU - Electronic Control Unit
The ECU controls the VSI system.

This device is filtering the fuel to prevent damage to the injectors. The filter unit is also equipped with a pressure/temperature sensor for the fuel.
• Filter operates with a 0-4 bar pressure sensor. • PA6 Glassfiber “re-inforced” nylon. • Shorter filter replacement duration. Special glass fiber filter material [10ųm]. First replacement after 25.000km and subsequently every 75.000km. • Single and double outlet version.Fuel Switch
The fuel switch used by the VSI-system controls the following functions:
• Fuel choice. • Monitoring the fuel level. • Reporting errors.
The fuel switch is operated by a touch key to switch from petrol to LPG and vice-versa. The fuel switch is also equipped with LED indicators to monitor the level of the fuel in the tank. When the LPG level is too low the reserve LED lights up. When there is an automatic switch-over to petrol because the LPG tank is empty, the driver is being warned by a buzzer signal and a flashing LED indicator.Solenoid Valves
Lock off valve This safety device serves to shut off the liquid LPG flow. Fitted directly on the reducer.
Two types: • Standard for up to 135 kW engines in combination with 6mm copper line. • BFC for engines with more than 135kW in combination with 8mm copper line. - Increased bore from 3.2 to 5.2mm. - Coil is identical to standard lock off. - Pilot operated. - Flexible position (360° degrees to rotate).
Tank lock off valve This safety device serves to shut off the liquid LPG flow. Fitted on the LPG-tank.
• BFC Tank valve from engines above 300hp. • Official 67-R01 certified. • Increased bore from 3.2 to 5.2mm. • Coil is identical to standard lock off. • Pilot operated. • BFC tank valve is standard on Prins/Stako tanks, both cylindrical and donut.
